Puffed precooked grains - texture and easier digestion

PRESCO precooked/puffed grains are produced using a unique natural process that releases the starch inside the grain, this way improving digestion and preserving the taste and nutritional qualities of the seeds.

The unique PRESCO process makes it possible to have different densities for a wide range of applications such as bread, biscuits, salads, prepared meals, dairy products, etc making them excellent for adding texture to the final products.
